School Transport Policy
The school provides conveyance for students on the request of parents, with routes designed for safety and convenience.
General Terms
- School provides conveyance facility for students on the request of the parents.
- Conveyance fee is charged for twelve months.
- If a guardian withdraws their ward’s conveyance facility, a month’s prior notice is essential — otherwise, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
- If the school Van/Cruizer does not reach on time due to mechanical breakdown or driver illness, guardians are requested to make their own arrangements. The school will do its best to provide an alternative service.
Routes & Stops
- Van/Cruizer routes are prepared with the conveyance and safety of all commuters in mind, and are subject to change. No diversion or extension will be entertained on existing routes.
- Drivers are authorized to stop only at fixed and appropriate stops.
- For any change of stop, guardians must intimate the Transport In-charge one month in advance.
- Students should reach their respective stop five minutes before the stipulated time — vans are not for late-comers.
- Parents will not be allowed to take their ward along without prior intimation to the Class Teacher or Transport In-charge.
